Summary
The turbo lifts which are in operation on Kalkarindji are of four types. Personnel, cargo, protection and heavy. The personnel lifts come in various sizes, from small which carry five people through to large which carry thirty people. The cargo lifts are rated by weight. Protection turbo lifts are rated on number of people and weight. Heavy turbo lifts are there to move extremely heavy loads and are rated by weight. Items which won't fit into a turbo lift are transported or beamed from location to location.
