Mission Summary

{A lost civilization}

Long ago the Cyconian Empire mysteriously vanished, rivaling the Tukan and many others. Their ancient portal technologies though ruined have been uncovered. The Guardian fleet has been deployed to investigate key artifact sites. But what they didn't know was they weren't the only one's interested in such things. The scheming Romulans, wanting a piece of technology recovered and stored on the Halo and it's escorts. A fight would soon break out among these rogue agents who seem to not be part of the Empire. Thus this could not lead to war, but who sent them? What secrets do these artifacts hide? Starfleet intends to find out.
