Despite the abrupt departure of the former XO, Paul displayed remarkable leadership, adaptability, and unwavering support to the crew and mission objectives. Their selfless willingness to shoulder additional responsibilities, even offering to temporarily take over command to support the Captain during personal military obligations, reflects the highest ideals of Starfleet. Through their exemplary actions, Paul has upheld the principles of duty, teamwork, and excellence, ensuring the stability and success of the USS Halo during a critical period. |

This award is presented to Paul Sleeford for their outstanding service, dedication, and unwavering support for this simulation. Although they have already been recognized as MVP, Paul’s continued contributions and commitment deserve further acknowledgment. Paul joined this sim after being invited from the former USS Ark Royal PBEM, which I ultimately chose to shut down. They began as Chief Security/Tactical Officer, seamlessly transitioning to Chief Security Officer and then to Second Officer. When our previous First Officer departed, Paul stepped up with ease and became an exceptional First Officer. Your service and dedication to this sim have truly set an example for others, and we are grateful for your ongoing efforts. Thank you for everything, Paul. You are truly an invaluable member of our team. |
